A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Leading from the floor across multiple high-volume spaces
- Delivering standout guest service while keeping operations smooth
- Communicating clearly with staff leaders and guests even on the busiest nights
- Supporting and motivating large teams across bars bistro gaming and functions
- Ensuring compliance safety and high standards on every shift
- Responding to issues quickly calmly and with a solutions-focused mindset
About you:
- Youve got strong experience in fast-paced hospitality leadership
- You perform at your best when the venue is pumping
- Exceptional communication skills you keep teams calm clear and connected
- Confident leading big teams and managing multiple areas at once
- Thrive in a hands-on role where youre on the floor not behind a desk
- Hold current RSA/RSG RMLV and Approved Managers Card
Inherent requirements:
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
