Our client is a leading global financial services organisation. They are looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant to join their team in Krakow. Position Overview
As a Senior Business Consultant you will help define the change agenda for a global business function. You will work across a portfolio of consulting projects delivering customer-focused solutions. Your work will directly contribute to designing and deploying new operating models ensuring better outcomes for customers and the business.
Responsibilities
- Shape and define the change agenda for a global business.
- Design and deploy new target operating models.
- Guide stakeholders through key decisions and resolve conflicts.
- Recommend pragmatic solutions using emerging technologies.
- Anticipate manage and report on project risks and issues.
- Lead a small team of consultants on specific engagements.
- Communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of business consulting in financial services.
- Experience managing large complex transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and the project lifecycle.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA Clarity or MS Project.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Domain knowledge in Banking Risk Operations or Compliance.
- Project management certifications (PMP Prince 2) are an advantage.
- Experience with Design Thinking or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
