The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development strategy and leadership a passion for developing high-performing teams and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Collaborate with marketing product and operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation processes.
Lead mentor and inspire the Business Development team to maximize productivity and foster a results-driven culture.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
Maintains an in-depth understanding of compliance and risk regulatory and departmental policies and procedures. Ensures the team operates within the set of guidelines.
Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Ten years related work experience. Five years sales experience preferred.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA state SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
