Join the Advice & Wealth Management division as the Head of Wealth Management Business Development!

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in business development strategy and leadership a passion for developing high-performing teams and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets and market expansion goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing product and operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize lead generation processes.

  • Lead mentor and inspire the Business Development team to maximize productivity and foster a results-driven culture.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure goals are met or exceeded.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.

  • Maintains an in-depth understanding of compliance and risk regulatory and departmental policies and procedures. Ensures the team operates within the set of guidelines.

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Ten years related work experience. Five years sales experience preferred.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.

  • This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA state SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.

  • Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
