We are looking for a Client Relations Officer with strong FX industry awareness to support and engage our global client this role you will provide high-quality front-line service assist with trading-related requests and guide clients through our products platforms and account procedures. You will contribute directly to client satisfaction retention and long-term portfolio growth within a regulated brokerage environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist clients in person offering a professional informed and client-focused experience.
- Provide support to traders regarding account queries deposits/withdrawals platform navigation and transaction-related procedures.
- Deliver accurate information on the companys trading products asset classes account types and platform features (MT4/MT5).
- Assist with onboarding processes ensuring KYC/AML documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Build maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships to support retention and overall customer satisfaction.
- Identify client needs and propose suitable services or solutions aligned with their trading profiles.
- Negotiate client terms when appropriate ensuring alignment with internal policies and market standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance Sales Support) to resolve client issues swiftly and efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent Spanish (written and spoken) and strong command of English (B2/C1).
- Experience in a client-facing role within the FX/CFD brokerage fintech or financial services sector is highly preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field.
- Solid understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and basic trading terminology is considered an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general comfort with CRM or ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Client-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced regulated environment while handling multiple client requests effectively.
- High level of professionalism integrity and commitment to client satisfaction.
