Job Summary
Introduction
An established investment and lending firm is seeking a Deal Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a CFA Charterholder or CA(SA) with strong commercial insight and a passion for driving growth within the SME sector.
Requirements include:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- CFA qualification or Chartered Accountant CA(SA) designation preferred
- 24 years experience in deal analysis transaction support or SME lending
- Strong financial modelling credit assessment and valuation skills
- Proven ability to assess business performance and structure financing solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and keen interest in private debt and growth funding
