Designation : Maintenance Manager

Qualification : BE / Diploma -Electricals

Salary CTC : Negotiable

Job Description :

Objective-

Responsible to ensure facilities (like Electrical working) machinery used to produce new and existing materials and goods run to their maximum efficiency and output.

Responsible for total preventive maintenance plan and its implementation
To Manage breakdowns of mechanical electrical and robotic equipment.
Daily and weekly checking to ensure smooth and safe operations
Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximising planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime
To provide technical expertise to the team
To provide written reports and presentation on maintenance activities
Contribute to in the creation and implementation of best maintenance practice strategy policies processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Maintenance activities
Audit and assure the compliances to be conducted
Undertake contentious training and development
To perform root cause analysis and resolve problem
Responsible for preventive maintenance of all machines
