Job Summary
NABL Accreditation & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
Maintain and update Quality Manual SOPs Work Instructions and technical documents.
Handle internal audits management reviews and external NABL assessments.
Coordinate proficiency testing (PT) / inter-laboratory comparisons (ILC) as per schedule.
Ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
2. Laboratory Operations Management
Plan and monitor daily laboratory activities to ensure timely testing and reporting.
Ensure proper calibration verification and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Maintain traceability of standards and reference materials.
Review and approve test reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Quality Assurance & Documentation
Oversee documentation control as per NABL guidelines.
Ensure proper sample handling preservation and storage.
Monitor environmental conditions in the lab.
Prepare and maintain records related to equipment training audits calibrations and nonconformities.
4. Team Leadership & Training
Guide train and monitor laboratory staff to ensure technical competence.
Conduct regular training sessions on ISO/IEC 17025 calibration method validation and good lab practices.
Maintain competency records and authorise personnel for specific tests.
5. Method Development & Validation
Develop validate and update test methods as per customer requirements.
Ensure uncertainty measurement calculations are done and updated.
