We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic and passionate Reception Supervisor to join our highly successful hotel team.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Reception Supervisor working in one of our hotels part of the University of Edinburgh Hospitality & Events collection who display a positive can-do attitude and enjoy supervising and assisting a diverse team. The successful candidate will be based at one of our receptions located at The Scholar; The Scott or KM Hotel & Apartments however flexibility is required to support our other receptions.

In this role you will:
To succeed in this busy role you will need strong multi-tasking skills excellent commercial awareness and a real eye for detail. You will have experience in a busy front-facing customer service environment as a supervisor; a hospitality background and deal with a multitude of customers including students in a professional manner. Flexibility to work across weekends is also required.
