Job Summary
As Restaurant Supervisor you will be supervising and delivering operations smoothly and efficiently while creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.

A little bit about what you will be doing:
- Monitor observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
- To take responsibility for the restaurant during the shift allocating team members their duties and monitoring the smooth running of the outlet.
- To have additional responsibilities within the outlet outside of the shift; such as Schedules incentives for sales training etc.
- Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints;
- Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
- To attend to all guest requests being constantly aware of anticipating guests needs and to remain in the outlet at all times during service.
- Ensure LQA and Fairmont Standards are met at all times
- Other duties as assigned
