Job Summary

2COMS is hiring a Senior IT Helpdesk Executive in Kolkata (Work From Office) to oversee day-to-day IT Tickets and Incident Management with Asset reporting and User Management.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with currently in a L2 level role handling Incident management IT and Cloud services management.

The position will be responsible for L2 Incident Management Solution Identification Root cause analysis SaaS product management and issues resolution with 3rd party support coordination IT Infrastructure support and day-to-day technical coordination with Operations.

The role will focus on solution finding R&D testing and implementing required tools as and when the organization demands.
