Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani a national firm with offices in all 50 states has immediate openings for Floating and Litigation Legal Secretaries with at least 3 years experience and welcomes all experience levels to apply.

Qualifications:

• Familiar with the State and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures.
• Experience filing and serving in California and out-of-state courts including e-filing in state and federal courts. Familiarity with Court of Appeals procedures is preferred but not required.
• Provides administrative support to attorneys.
• Works independently on pleadings discovery motion preparation and e-discovery.
• Knowledge of case management docketing e-discovery document review and exhibit preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience using Milana calendaring program is beneficial.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
• Highly organized independent self-starters who can thrive in a fast-paced deadline-intensive environment.

The yearly salary range is between $45000-$80000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills training experience including the location where the position is filled.
