Were partnering with a prestigious law firm to place a polished proactive professional who thrives in a front-facing multi-hat role. Youll be the first point of contact for guests and internal teams supporting reception hospitality and office services with grace and precision.
What Youll Do:
Greet guests answer and transfer calls and manage visitor badges
Reserve conference rooms and coordinate catering and beverage setup
Maintain kitchen and meeting room supplies and cleanliness
Support mail shipping scanning and office supply ordering
Liaise with facilities and respond to routine office requests
Collaborate closely with onsite and operations teams
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Experience in law firm hoteling or business office environments
Comfort with physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs walking/sitting)
Flexibility for occasional early/late weekday requests
Additional Information :
Pay Range: $20$22/hr Parking Provided
