As a Market Access Specialist youll play a pivotal role in ensuring patients have access to life-changing therapies. Your expertise will influence strategic decisions shape market access and reimbursement strategies and help position Abbott as a trusted partner in the Italian healthcare system.
What Youll Do
- Monitor the national and regional healthcare system laws in order to support the market access strategy definition
- Show the Value: Assess the economic and organizational impact of Abbott cardiovascular therapies in order to support patients access to cost-effective care in Italy
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing and clinical research teams to develop products value messages
- Support Business strategies: develop economic tools and cost analysis to support local business priorities
What Were Looking For
- Education: Bachelors degree in Economics Business Life Sciences Pharmacy or related field (Masters preferred).
- Experience: Proven track record in market access health economics pricing or reimbursement within pharma biotech or medical devices sector.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in economic analysis
- Knowledge of the Italian healthcare system and regulatory landscape
- Languages: Fluency in Italian and English.
