Collaborate with the Marketing Director on creative campaigns and content ideas and bring ideas to life.
Manage social media platforms and create engaging posts photos and videos.
Design flyers graphics and digital materials using Canva and other tools.
Monitor and respond to reviews to keep our online reputation strong.
Track performance metrics and share insights with the team.
Keep our marketing calendar and project timelines organized.

Youll Also Assist With

Coordinating local outreach career fairs and sponsorships.
Capturing team culture moments and sharing them through photos or videos.
Ensuring all materials reflect ProGrins brand and voice.
Researching new marketing trends and ideas.
Jumping in on creative projects and helping wherever needed.
