Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Lead Playwright Automation

Experience: 812 years in Test Automation

2 years in Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript preferred)
58 years in Automationwith framework design & scripting (Selenium/Cypress)
Extensive experience of leading automation delivery team

Role Overview:

Lead automation initiatives using Playwright and automation (Any scripting tool) design frameworks mentor team members and handle daily client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain Playwright frameworks; enhance/migrate Selenium setups
Develop and review automation scripts; resolve technical issues
Lead and mentor the automation team (510 members)
Assign tasks review code and ensure delivery quality
Collaborate with senior clients and track automation KPIs

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong in Playwright and Automation Scripting
Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps) & Git
Good in API automation page object model and cross-browser testing
Excellent communication & leadership skills
