Job Summary
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the following primary duties:
Lead and manage multiple projects including digital transformation projects.
Align project team to support strategic goals and ensure timely delivery.
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope objectives timelines milestones and deliverables.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations teams various business unit teams marketing
teams data engineers analysts and stakeholders to execute on project initiatives.
Monitor and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks and addressing issues promptly.
Champion the use of innovative tools technologies and methodologies (e.g. AI automation data-driven
decision-making) to drive transformation across the business.
Ensure effective communication collaboration and change management across all teams and stakeholders.
Utilize project management tools and techniques to track progress and performance metrics.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members fostering a high-performance work environment.
Ensure all projects adhere to best practices quality standards and regulatory requirements.
What youll need:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in project management.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Waterfall Kanban and Agile methodologies including
sprints and scrum.
Proficiency in Smartsheet Jira Miro and other project management software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional leadership problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
in a dynamic environment.
Experience in managing change in complex organizations and driving innovation through technology.
PMP or Certified ScrumMaster is a plus
Understanding of SaaS ecosystems is a plus.
