Position: Sales & Service Business Development Representative (BDC Agent)
Gallatin Ford/CDJR is immediately hiring Business Development Representatives to join our growing team! If youre driven professional and customer-focused this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the automotive industry.
What Youll Do
- Handle all incoming customer communications (phone email text)
- Build relationships with prospective customers
- Schedule appointments for our sales and/or service team
- Follow up with leads to generate traffic
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly pay performance-based bonuses
- Our BDRs average $20 per hour
