Job Summary

Were looking for a Client Executive to join us at Telia.

My name is Ronja Englund and Im managing the Multinational Corporations Team. We serve Swedens largest corporations by delivering telecommunication and IT services in Sweden the Nordics and in rest of the world. A rare opportunity has arisen; we have a vacancy in our team and are looking for a new Client Executive (Key Account Manager) to join our team bring value to our customers and secure commercial success.

What youll do:

As Client Executive you will manage a few selected customers and their engagement with Telia. You are accountable to ensure customer value and satisfaction as well as securing our business with them and that their engagement with Telia grows over time. To your assistance you will be able to work with experts pre-sales and service managers that are a part of your virtual team.

You are expected to balance setting a long-term strategy for the customer as well as making tactical decisions for example when working with RPFs and understanding operational matters. This role is a combination of managing existing customers as well as hunting for new (named) logos.

What will help you thrive in this role:

We put a lot of consideration into your personal skills and are looking for a person who is highly motivated in it to win it and identifies as a self-starter. Ability to execute is key and we expect you to rather create your own opportunities than wait for the right conditions to appear.

Besides this we believe you have senior experience in complex B2B sales and feel comfortable working with different kinds of sales methodologies.


Your qualifications:

  • 5-10 year experience in complex B2B sales

  • Experince in hunting and farming

  • A solid track record of performing against or above target

  • Knowledgeable with sales methodologies like spin selling challenger sales or sence making sales.

  • Academic degree; Bachelors degree (or equal)

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

As our new recruit you must be a team player with a will to create value by collaboration and leading other people against set addition we expect you to have a strong commercial drive strong negotiation skills as well as an ability to balance long and short term goals. The ability to quickly grasp and understand new situations is key.
