Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all administrative operational human resources budgetary and financial issues of the project
- Work closely with projects training team and research team to ensure smooth operation of the project
- Perform administrative roles and prepare regular reports to the funder collaborators and directors
- Initiate plan and organise all public education activities of the project
- Occasionally support the professional education activities of the project
- Supervise junior staff to execute the planned deliverables in a timely manner
- Support and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Masters degree or above with at least 10 years relevant work experience in managing professional and public education project in the tertiary industry preferably in social work elderly care or healthcare topics
- Experience in collaborating with social service organisations charity organisations and foundations especially in the field of elderly care and healthcare is necessary
- Meticulous attention to details while maintaining overview of the broader context
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English
What We Offer
The appointment will commence from January 1 2026 on a 2-year fixed-term basis with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 15% of the basic salary.
