About the role:
Were are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our property litigation team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
In this role you will provide comprehensive administrative support to fee earners ensuring the delivery of seamless legal services to our clients. You will play a proactive role in managing and coordinating all aspects of their day-to-day workload delivering exceptional and efficient support.
You will act as the workflow manager for support services ensuring that tasks such as document production file management and copying or scanning are delegated effectively and completed to a high addition you will take an active interest in client matters developing a thorough understanding of their requirements so that you can deliver exceptional service to both fee earners and clients.
About you:
To thrive in this role youll bring proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar position ideally for at least 12 months demonstrating knowledge of Real Estate Litigation experience and working in fast paced environment
Youll have advanced skills in Microsoft Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint as well as confidence using research tools and other systems adopted by the firm.
A professional telephone manner is essential along with the ability to manage routine client queries and take appropriate action when fee earners are unavailable. Strong communication organisational and teamwork skills are key complemented by exceptional attention to detail.
Were looking for someone who is flexible proactive and dependable with a results-driven mindset. Youll remain calm under pressure manage tight deadlines and prioritise effectively while demonstrating confidence in taking the initiative.
