Who we are

The problem: Every minute matters in fire response. As climate change amplifies the intensity of wildfireswith longer fire seasons drier fuels and faster windsnew ignitions spread faster and put more communities at risk. Today most wildfires are detected by bystanders and reported via 911 meaning it can take hours to detect a fire verify its exact location and size and dispatch first responders. Fire authorities need a faster way to detect confirm and pinpoint fires so that they can quickly respondpreventing small flare-ups from becoming devastating infernos.

We are the leader in early wildfire detection and intelligence helping fire professionals respond to fires faster and more safelywith the right equipment timely information and enhanced coordinationso that they can stop a new ignition before it grows. Pano AI combines advanced hardware software and artificial intelligence into an easy-to-use web-based platform. Leveraging a network of ultra-high-definition 360-degree cameras atop high vantage points as well as satellite and other data feeds Pano AI produces a real-time picture of threats in a geographic region and delivers immediate actionable intelligence.




The Role

Pano AI is looking for an experienced IT Contractor to lead desktop support operations and ensure a reliable secure and seamless technology experience for employees. This role focuses on delivering outstanding end-user support maintaining device compliance and keeping our IT environment running efficiently across a distributed workforce.

What youll do

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all desktop support needs across Mac and Windows devices.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and connectivity issues quickly and effectively.
    • Manage device onboarding provisioning and deprovisioning processes through MDM (e.g. JumpCloud).
    • Maintain compliance with IT security standards including patching endpoint protection and asset tracking.
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and system improvements.
    • Document and continuously improve support processes to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.

What youll bring

    • 3 years of hands-on IT support experience preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
    • Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows troubleshooting Google Workspace Jira Okta and MDM systems.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to support a remote fast-paced team.
    • Familiarity with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance requirements is a plus.
$49 - $49 an hour
