The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Dentist to serve as the Director of the University Dental Practice (UDP). This full-time faculty position involves providing comprehensive dental care within the Colleges faculty practice while leading and managing the operations of the UDP. The Director will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure excellence in patient care support the schools mission and promote a patient-centered environment that reflects the highest standards of professionalism and service. This role includes a non-tenured faculty appointment (rank commensurate with experience) and offers opportunities for involvement in teaching mentorship clinical research and academic service.

EDUCATION: DS or DMD degree from a CODA-accredited dental school.
EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical general dentistry. Demonstrated experience in dental practice operations leadership or healthcare management.
LICENSES: Current licensure (or eligibility for licensure) to practice dentistry in the state of Tennessee.
