Job Summary

As a key member of our SAP/ERP Practice youll be the driving force behind large-scale S/4 HANA transformations. Reporting to the Senior Manager or Director youll be the expert our clients rely on to turn their vision into reality. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Strategic Visionary: Craft a compelling vision for each S/4 HANA transformation ensuring it aligns perfectly with the clients business goals and sets them up for long-term success.

  • Execution Master: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initial strategy and planning to seamless implementation and go-live. Youll be responsible for managing budgets timelines and resources with precision.

  • Business Innovator: Dive deep into our clients business processes identifying opportunities for re-engineering and leveraging S/4 HANA to create more efficient streamlined operations.

  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership business stakeholders and our project team. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will build trust and keep everyone aligned.

  • Team Mentor: Inspire and lead a diverse team of SAP consultants developers and change management experts. Youll foster a collaborative environment where every team member can do their best work.

  • Architectural Guide: Provide high-level guidance on S/4 HANA solution architecture ensuring the final system is robust scalable and fully integrated with other enterprise systems.

  • Change Champion: Drive organizational change management developing and executing communication training and support strategies to ensure a smooth transition and high user adoption.

Technical & Functional Prowess:

  • S/4 HANA Mastery: Extensive knowledge of S/4 HANA architecture key modules (FICO SCM Logistics) and implementation methodologies like SAP Activate and Agile.

  • Digital Acumen: Experience with broader digital transformation initiatives including cloud technologies analytics and automation.

  • Integration Expertise: A strong grasp of integration platforms (SAP CPI OData APIs) to connect systems seamlessly.

  • Data Savvy: Experience with data migration strategies and governance ensuring data integrity throughout the transformation.

Business & Consulting Excellence:

  • Client Management: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives guiding them through difficult decisions.

  • Financial Management: Strong skills in managing project budgets resources and financial forecasts.
