Job Summary
Position- Director Revenue Cycle Management

Position Overview:
- The Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) leads and oversees all aspects of the organizations revenue cycle to ensure efficient compliant and financially sound operations for services provided in ABA therapy and individual and family support programs. This strategic leadership role blends deep expertise in revenue cycle payer reimbursement and regulatory requirements with a mission-oriented approach to supporting families and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations including insurance eligibility claims submission payment posting accounts receivable (AR) denial management collections and revenue recognition.
- Develop and implement strategic revenue cycle plans and policies to optimize financial performance cash flow and compliance.
- Oversee billing processes specific to ABA therapy services and related behavioural health programs
- Lead mentor and develop RCM teams including billing AR follow-up denials and authorization specialists
- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue cycle performance to senior leadership.
- Use analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Finance or related field required; Masters preferred.
- 7 years progressive RCM experience including leadership roles; experience in ABA or behavioural health revenue cycle strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of ABA therapy billing payer systems Medicaid/private insurance reimbursement and related compliance standards.
