What youll be doing:

• Providing daily structure and direction for the detailing team to ensure consistent high-quality results
• Coordinating workflow between Sales Service and Management and communicating clearly when timelines or capacity need adjustment
• Performing and overseeing all aspects of vehicle detailing including:
  • Major & minor interior/exterior cleaning
  • Shampooing polishing waxing and reconditioning
  • Protective coatings and finishing work
  • Pre-delivery prepare and final QC checks
• Maintaining organized bays tools and processes to keep the department running smoothly
• Monitoring workload identifying challenges early and communicating them proactively
• Supporting a quality-first culture where every vehicle leaves the shop at FFUN standards
  
  

What were looking for:

• Proven leadership ability or experience in a team lead senior detailer or similar role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and motivate team members
• Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License upon employment
• Must be reliable punctual and dependable
• Ability to multi-task
• High energy and the mindset to take initiative
