The Custom Order Specialist is responsible for processing custom orders following them through to shipment and invoicing ensuring accuracy and proficiency throughout the order entry process.

This position reports to the Senior Customer Service Manager and is part of the Commercial Operations Team located in Marlborough MA and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Process custom orders and handle them in line with company policy and systems following through to shipment ensuring a quality of service. This primarily includes but is not limited to milestone payment orders pre-payment processing customized bioprocess solutions (CBS) FastTrak Enterprise VanRx BPS PASS and free of charge approved orders.
• Ensure billings are completed appropriately in line with Cytivas revenues recognition policies as well as in line with each unique milestone contracts payment terms.
• Meet with Enterprise Project Managers on a regular basis to support their order-to-remittance questions and take actions as required on open project orders.
• Work closely with FastTrak training teams to bill projects based on each customers contract terms as well as an understanding of basic finance and billing practices.
• Build a culture of continuous improvement leveraging DBS tools to identify process gaps and implement preventive measures in the complex specialty order process.

Who you are:

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 2 years in customer service and/or order management
• Proficiency in using Oracle systems for order entry processing and proven experience in complex order management and issue resolution
• Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Bachelors Degree
• Proficiency in various systems including Microsoft Office SFDC Excel Power BI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and with other functions

The annual salary range for this role is $63000 - $70000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
