In this role you will be accountable for setting the direction and strategy for an assigned team. Continually assesses daily process flows with the goal of implementing improvements to increase efficiency improve customer experience and meet the Supply Chain On Time and In Full (OTIF) KPIs.
Collaborates and aligns with manager on direction and improvement of team processes to ensure objectives timelines and all requirements are achieved (including but not limited to local regional & global regulations finance tax safety environmental transportation Customs and internal company standard requirements).
Devotes a significant amount of time to leading employees overseeing both the day-to-day operations and long term goals for an assigned team. Provides feedback to the manager on employees work performance and has input into employment decisions. Responsible for managing to a prescribed budget training and development of staff resource management work assignments interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies.
Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions. Demonstrate strong customer focused skills.
May have responsibilities that covers multiple shifts warehouses and/or team leads. Responsible for hiring and onboarding of new employees.
The Opportunity
Participates in project teams as both subject matter expert and operational representative.
Identifies and implements process improvement initiatives and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Expected to learn the functional work of those supervised to be able to step in to help when and where needed to complete daily business.
Works with managers and key stakeholders to understand and meet requirements goals and expected results.
Develops and maintains KPIs and monitoring methods to ensure optimal team performance.

Who You Are
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Science Technology Supply Chain or related field or 4 years of related experience and in process of obtaining degree.
Experience related to supply chain and warehouse process improvement initiatives.
Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in inventory systems material slotting and process optimization to support production logistics.
Preferred Experience
2 years of supervisory or leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members and create cohesive team work.
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent cultural awareness and ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-functional teams.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer service oriented ability to support customers in a complex regulatory and global environment.
Possess strategic long-term lean and innovative thinking skills.
Proficiency with Google Office Suite and analytical tools.
Proficiency in SAP and Exacta WMS systems
Ability to travel to domestic and international sites (<5% expected).

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis IN is $66400 - $123200. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications geographic location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
