Job Summary
Job Summary Supervisor Production Maintenance
- Supervise the Production Technical Support Department at the Coppell Texas location.
- Report directly to the Manager/Sr Director of Production Tech Support.
- Oversee the operation and repair of production equipment including insertion and bindery equipment.
- Utilize knowledge of electronics and electric circuits for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure team adherence to maintenance schedules and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Use reporting tools such as Jet/IQ and Microsoft Office to track and document maintenance activities.
- Manage a team in a high-volume production environment providing guidance and support as needed.
- Work on-site full-time with hours of Monday-Friday 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM (off-peak) and 6:00 PM 6:00 AM (on-peak) including some weekends.
- Maintain a high attention to detail and ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with team members and management.
- Work efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Take direction from senior leadership and implement departmental goals and initiatives.
