- Supervise and provide direction to all production mechanics.
- Offer mechanical support as needed to ensure efficient operation of production equipment.
- Monitor ongoing work to maintain a constant production workflow.
- Ensure timely completion of equipment repairs.
- Oversee production mechanics and support their development and teamwork.
- Conduct performance reviews and lead by example.
- Maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced production environment.
- Work on-site in Edgewood NY Monday Friday (6:30 AM 3:00 PM) with availability until 5:00 PM and on weekends/holidays based on production needs.
