Warehouse Associate

We are currently looking for energetic associates to join our Warehouse team where they will be active in the distribution and restocking of Parts within their market area. Our teams operate at a fast pace without compromising our focus on safety and customer service.

Compensation: $20.00 hourly with opportunities for monthly bonus

Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Warehouse Associates are heavily involved in the safe receipt storage retrieval and timely dispatch of Parts
• Maintain the distribution and re-stocking levels in conjunction with a Distribution Team within the Brakes Plus Organization
• Organize warehouse space
• Receive unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Ensure that inventory is accurate and organized at all times and maintain proper inventory levels
• Identify potential inventory opportunities
• Ensure productivity targets are met and maintain computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval systems
• Delivery of parts to stores around the area driving a box truck or smaller
• Forklift operation
• Comply with OSHA MSDS and BP standards

Qualifications :

We are looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse operations
• Strong organizational skills along with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to pass a DMV background check
• Exposure to inclement weather
• Ability to operate an Automobile & Box Truck
• Previous experience operating a forklift
• Prolonged periods of standing stooping and bending
• Exerting 50-100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently and/or greater than 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Requires walking or standing to a significant degree and entails pushing and or pulling of arm or leg controls or requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials
