Job Summary
Job Summary (Production Supervisor - Edgewood NY):
- Oversee insertion operations to ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients are met cost-effectively.
- Manage and lead a team of up to 40 full-time associates and temporary staff.
- Prioritize client mailings on the production floor to meet SEC and contractual requirements.
- Monitor production lines to maximize throughput and minimize labor costs.
- Coordinate resources between departments to ensure operational efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.
- Provide effective leadership coaching and development to team members to maximize their performance.
- Analyze data and manage budgets to make operational decisions that improve productivity efficiency and quality.
- Maintain strong communication and interpersonal relationships with associates at all organizational levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all safety and quality procedures.
- Work on-site Monday through Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM with additional coverage as needed.
