We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our team and provide expert HR support to a variety of client organizations. This role is ideal for someone with 5 years of HR experience who is proactive detail-oriented and enjoys helping organizations optimize HR operations manage payroll and deliver benefits programs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary HR resource for client organizations providing guidance and support across HR functions
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate timely delivery for client companies
- Administer employee benefits programs including health dental vision life disability and voluntary benefits
- Support onboarding offboarding and employee record management for client teams
- Advise clients on HR policies compliance and employment regulations
- Assist with HR projects process improvements and initiatives to enhance employee experience across clients
Required Qualifications: - 5 years of HR experience including payroll and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of HR policies procedures and employment laws
- Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects independently
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with benefits enrollment platforms
- HR certification (PHR SHRM-CP or equivalent)
