Title: IT Support Specialist (white glove end-user support)
Duration: 3 - 6 Months
Location: San Francisco CA
Rate: $30/hr - $40/hr
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide white glove end-user support for day-to-day IT issues. The role involves troubleshooting Windows OS O365 hardware and connectivity problems along with light server and network administration.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality white glove IT support for end users and executives.
- Troubleshoot Windows O365 hardware and network connectivity issues.
- Handle basic server and network admin tasks.
- Manage tickets document resolutions and ensure timely follow-up.
Requirements:
- 3 5 years of hands-on end-user IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 O365 and basic networking.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with tools like Intune SCCM or ServiceNow preferred.
