Position- Customer Handling Supervisor ( KAM )

Qualification- Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers ensuring their queries and issues are handled promptly and professionally.

Basic computer MS word Excel PowerPoint skills and mail chat Data maintenance MIS preparation & PPT
Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships to support business growth.
Shipment Coordination:
Monitor daily shipment activities to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Coordinate with operations teams to resolve delivery issues damages or short cases.
Documentation:Verify and maintain all customer documents including E way billsMIS NOCs and other necessary paperwork.
