Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master (Point-of-Sale) to support POS-focused initiatives in a hybrid role based in Grand Rapids MI. The Scrum Master will guide Agile teams support complex project execution and ensure alignment with SAFe practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies for POS-related project teams
Support large and complex POS program initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery
Promote Agile best practices and SAFe alignment
Remove impediments and ensure smooth team execution

Required Skills (MUST HAVE):

3 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and projects
Experience working as a Scrum Master on large / complex projects
Strong SAFe experience
