General Field Labor (Telecom/Fiber Preferred)

Hiring dependable general laborers to support telecom and civil construction crews in daily field operations. Ideal for candidates with prior fiber/telecom exposure but open to strong general labor backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Perform hand digging trenching and material handling
Support crews with site prep cleanup and daily project tasks
Load/unload equipment and maintain organized work areas
Operate basic hand and power tools
Follow all safety practices and maintain jobsite compliance

Required Experience

Previous outdoor labor or field construction experience
Telecom or fiber experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying field conditions
Valid drivers license with clean record
