Job Title : Field Support Analyst

Location : Tulsa OK 74120

Duration : 4 months Contract (Potential for extension/Potential to Convert to FTE)

Pay Rate : $25/hr. on W2 (Can go couple of $$$ higher)

Job Description:

Overview of Work Environment: Supporting corporate office work independently but will have virtual team of support as well.

Resources typical working day:

  • General desk top support.
  • Hardware/software support.
  • Desktop support helping a wide range of end users.
  • Responding to tickets.
  • Maintaining office technology.
  • Front facing customer service.
  • Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level.
  • Backend office MS Office Support.
  • MS Intune.
  • Active Directory.
  • Remote management.
  • Incident Request Management.

Must Have Skills:

  • Years of Experience: 5 years & if no degree they will need 5 years extra experience.
  • Good technical skills good customer service.

Nice to have skills:

  • Banking or law firm support work.
  • Experience with Apple iOS.
  • Adobe Acrobat.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree preferred if no degree they will need 5 years extra experience.

Software skills:

  • MS Intune
  • Ticketing Systems
  • MS Office Suite

Interview Process:

  • 1st round technical interview phone.
  • 2nd round culture interview with HM teams.
  • 3rd round with office leadership onsite.
