In this role you will impact the quality and compliance of our aerospace products ensuring they meet regulatory standards and contribute to the safety and reliability of aviation systems.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble TSO / STC packages by gathering documents and drawings and reviewing data for consistency.
  • Prepare cover letters and post-process packages following approval.
  • Maintain a log of FAA communication and generate the quarterly FAA minor change report.
  • Maintain hardcopy records and perform product and test setup inspections as an ODA Unit Member.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 years of experience in avionics engineering support including the ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or a technical field; in lieu of a bachelors degree 3 additional years of experience in avionics engineering support.
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident due to export control and ITAR restrictions.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to simultaneously manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal written and presentation).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Assertive self-starter who is not hesitant to ask questions and interact confidently with others; demonstrates a strong level of initiative.
  • Possesses a positive attitude and professional image.
  • Ability to work under pressure due to short deadlines and to work well with other department members.
  • Good organizational and task management/problem-solving skills.
  • Existing delegation as DER DAR EUM or IUM is a plus.
