As a Service Technician Supervisor you will lead a dynamic team of technicians in our main European service lab. Your role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality calibration and repair services for a wide range of test and measurement equipment. With your background in electronics and your passion for continuous improvement youll drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction across the EMEA region.
Youll apply Lean methodologies and Kaizen principles to streamline processes improve efficiency and maintain high standards. Your leadership will inspire and guide your team to meet ambitious goals including our key performance target: 95% of all repairs and calibrations returned to customers within 5 working days.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coach and motivate a multicultural team of technicians.
- Ensure timely and high-quality calibration and repair services.
- Monitor and report on KPIs with a strong focus on on-time delivery.
- Support customers with technical advice and service-related queries.
- Collaborate with logistics and other departments to manage growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Apply Lean and Kaizen principles to optimize workflows.
- Use office tools to manage reports schedules and performance metrics.
Your Team
Youll be part of a vibrant team of 6 to 15 technicians from diverse backgrounds supported by a strong logistics operation. Together were driving growth and delivering exceptional service to our customers across Europe the Middle East and Africa.
What You Bring
- A mid to high-level degree in electronics or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with Lean and Kaizen methodologies is a pre
- Experience with office software for reporting and planning.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for team success.
