Job Summary

Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team ensuring top-notch service and a positive atmosphere at all times.
From greeting guests to ensuring smooth service throughout your goal is always to exceed guest expectations.
Youll train and guide your team on the job helping them grow and develop their skills to create a well-oiled machine.
Manage daily operations including reservations welcoming guest handling complaints and ensuring a smooth flow during service.
Youll be the person to rely on for all operational tasks; making sure everythings running like clockwork.
Support our Restaurant Manager and Assistant with their improvement projects

Qualifications :

You have a natural gift for hospitality and love making people feel special. Youve got an eye for detail and never lose sight of the big picture.
You are passionate about managing and inspiring teams with a positive energetic attitude that motivates others.
Whether its wine beer or gourmet dishes you have an affinity for food and drink and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to any challenge that comes your way all while keeping the team engaged and on track.
You speak fluent English; any other language is a plus and know how to communicate effectively with both the team and guests.
You get a sense of pride when every guest leaves with a smile on their face knowing theyve had a fantastic time.
Preferably experience in similar roles or ready for the next step in your career :)

Additional Information :

Work within a highly motivated and enthusiastic team
Receive a competitive salary in line with the Collective Labour Agreement in the Netherlands
8% gross holiday allowance (accrued monthly) paid out in May every year
