Description

As a Principal Professional - Sr. Account Executive here at Honeywell you will be instrumental in driving growth for key large account/s within the Building Automation business mainly for Fire BMS and Security systems through Distribution channel (>$40M). Your expertise will be key in developing strategic initiatives that enhance our market presence and deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will report directly to our VP&GM and requires 30-50% this role you will impact the organization by managing key relationships identifying new business opportunities and ensuring that we achieve our revenue targets while providing outstanding service to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop sales strategies for key account/s to drive growth.
  • Build relationships with key account/s delivering tailored solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback for growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for aligned sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales metrics and update senior management regularly.
  • Create strategic account plans to grow key account/s in the Fire BMS and Security offerings through Distribution channel.
  • Maintain strong relationships with executives and stakeholders of the key account/s understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with teams to deliver value-added solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors for strategic decisions and improvements.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior account executives on the team.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or sales with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience working with distribution of EV and LV solutions like Fire. BMS and Security solutions and understanding their unique needs.
