- Someone with experience in Hospitality. Front Office experience is great but not required
- Available fulltime and able to work shifts that start at 7:00 AM or end at 11:00 PM also on weekends.
- Someone who feels comfortable to speak the English language. Dutch German French and any other language is always a bonus!
- Curious and eager to learn. With our training you will master the tasks before you know!
- Living in or near Rotterdam.
- Having the legal right to work in the Netherlands.

What your day as a Guest Service Agent look likeYou are the first person to welcome our guests. After a briefing with your team on the days events you will take your position at the reception. Here you will be the first point of contact for our guests checking them in answering their questions and ensuring their stay is unforgettable. During the day you switch between different tasks: from managing reservations to supporting guests with special requests. You learn to deal with a variety of situations so no two days are the same!
In between activities you will take the time to deepen your knowledge of Rotterdam so that you can advise guests on the best local restaurants and things to your first period you will be guided by a buddy with a training plan. They will teach you everything about:
- Working with different hotel systems
- Providing high quality service
- Proper interaction with individual guests and large (business) groups
