Key Activities:
- Analyze business processes and IT requirements to support digital project management.
- Lead digital projects from initiation to delivery collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify define and prioritize business requirements.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and validate solution effectiveness.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document detailed specifications.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Provide subject matter expertise in business process analysis and IT solution alignment.
- Create and deliver user documentation and training materials.
Functional Skills
- Strong business acumen and process modeling experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultative problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in requirements definition and management.
- Skilled in Agile Scrum and iterative development methodologies.
- Effective communication and facilitation skills.
Technical Skills
- Experience with JIRA Confluence or similar tools.
- Knowledge of system integration and computing environments.
- Familiarity with web analytics databases web security and delivery best practices.
- SQL BI Tools
Extra Credit
- Experience in digital customer experience CRM or CDP platforms.
- User research and automated testing experience.
- Multilingual and global implementation exposure.
Behavioral Skills
- Analytical thinking and prioritization.
- Adaptability and change management.
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
Education/Experience
- Bachelors degree with 3 years relevant experience or masters degree with 2 years relevant experience.
- Product Owner/Business Analyst certification preferred.
