Lead Facilitator / Senior Leadership Trainer
The Lead Facilitator designs and delivers interactive leadership development experiences for emerging and senior leaders. This position ensures that each training module is dynamic evidence-based and tailored to participants professional growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops and leadership sessions.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to refine training materials and activities.
- Model inclusive facilitation techniques and adult learning principles.
- Support executive coaches with integration of leadership development content.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- 8 years of experience delivering executive or leadership training programs.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and facilitation best practices.
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in Organizational Development or related field preferred.
- Experience in higher education or government organizations.
- Certification in training or leadership facilitation (ATD SHRM or equivalent).
