Job Summary

You Are Here (YAH) is lookingfor a Sr. Client Executive with at least 5 years of marketing experience to work with the Account team servicing multiple large brand clients including a national communications company. This positionwill be responsible for day-to-day client interfacing development of experiential marketing initiatives and providing leadership to team members and clients.
Responsibilities:

Develop strategy and consumer programs based on client marketing/business objectives and desired target audience(s).
Oversee day-to-day management and execution of strategic marketing campaigns including development launch and measurement.
Utilize internal agency resources & teams to deliver best-in-class work for the client.
Demonstrate confidence and authority as the day-to-day voice of the agency team.
Effectively present the agencys decisions recommendations and creative to client audiences.
Lead internal cross-functional project meetings and external client status meetings.
Resolve challenges and opportunities in a clear organized and efficient way to limit impact on client and internal resources.
Manage departmental processes oversee internal department accounting (billing job codes reconciliation) and manage internal project communication.
Assemble recommend monitor budgets and expenses while managing realistic budget expectations for clients.
Balance the dual expectations of the client and the agency.
Identify organic business growth opportunities within the account.
Work with leadership in the development of marketing proposals for new business.
Manage execute and recap promotions associated with marketing initiatives.
25% travel required

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of marketing agency experience.
Experience working with Fortune 500 companies preferred.
Trade Show experience preferred
Understanding of experiential marketing as well as digital marketing programs.
Expert client management and account management skills in retaining managing and growing long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong knowledge of existing as well as up-and-coming social media platforms.
Excellent communication presentation and project management skills and ability to showcase examples of this in clear written and verbal formats.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering great attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office Suite programs (Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint); understanding of Adobe Suite preferred.
