Were looking for Seasonal Snow Removal help at our The Saddle Brook Apartments. This job is responsible for on call snow removal in order to ensure the safety of current residents and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on call snow removal based on the needs of the property for areas including:
  • sidewalks
  • walkways
  • entry areas
  • parking lots
• Salting common walkways such as sidewalks and entry ways.
• Positively promote Fiduciary Real Estate Development in the apartment community.
• Other duties as assigned

General Requirements:

• Someone who is dependable responsible and able to work independently.
• Good attention to detail

Schedule:

• On call basis - dependent on weather (runs from November to April)
