Job Summary
Infosys is seeking a UI Developer - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React application development object-oriented concepts and web-based and client-server applications. This role requires proficiency in frameworks such as TypeScript HTML & CSS.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Jose CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
- Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time
- Experience in UI development.
- Deep technical expertise in JavaScript React HTML and CSS
- Experience with Typescript Restful APIs.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest for writing unit and integration tests
- Familiarity with web applications using the MVC framework.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and Analytical skills.
- Ability to drive technical meetings and represent Infosys at client side.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
