Your role:
- Supporting senior analysts in daily operations
- Working with inbound and outbound payment teams
- Contact with banks with daily operational issues
- Answering Internal Tickets channeled to Cash Management Team
- Providing proof of payments to Auditors/Tax Authorities/Internal Teams
- Cooperation with other Auto1 Operational Teams Legal Compliance etc.
- Collecting documentation required by the banks (KYC AML)
- Creating ad-hoc basic reports (Excel/GSheet)
Qualifications :
Required competencies
- Completed professional education or studies with a focus on finance/accounting/payment transactions
- First professional experience in finance (accounting bookkeeping treasury) or banking is desirable
- Proficiency using MS Office package in particular Excel
- Very good English skill
Preferably to have
- Basic knowledge of any TMS system (FIS Integrity Kyriba GTech)
- Basic knowledge of e-banking systems
- Basic knowledge of cash management topics (payments workflows
- Basic experience in contacts with corporate banks
