Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to support the Supply Chain Department with high-impact financial and operational this role you will act as a critical link between finance and business operations driving data-based decision-making and supporting Enpals strategic growth.
You will take ownership of financial analyses performance tracking and forecasting activities while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented analytically strong and experienced in financial modeling budgeting and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
Core Skills
- Excel: Essential; must be fully proficient
- SQL: Nice to have but not mandatory
- Full business proficiency in English (C1 or better)
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain regular reporting:
- Weekly business refresh reports
- Dashboards to track KPIs on a daily basis
- Clean and maintain P&L data
- Develop and maintain MBR (Monthly Business Review) dashboard
Lead new projects involving:
- Designing processes tools and dashboards from scratch
- Collaborate closely with the Data team and work extensively with the ERP system
Background & Experience
- Education: Finance-related background (Masters degree in Finance or related field)
Professional Experience:
- Not necessarily from a finance role but should have worked in Operations or with a Data team actively using Excel (and ideally SQL)
- Alternatively experience in FP&A or as a Business Analyst
Domain Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of P&L structure and COGS dynamics
Salary: ALL gross/year
