About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic finance this role you will bridge the gap between finance and business operations ensuring data-driven decision-making and contributing to the strategic growth of Enpal. This is a pivotal role for a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional with expertise in financial modeling budgeting and performance analysis.
The Finance Business Analyst is responsible for providing insights into financial performance identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and driving the alignment of financial planning with business objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders ensuring financial goals are met through effective analysis reporting and communication.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Analyze financial data to track performance and identify trends risks and opportunities.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to provide real-time visibility into financial performance.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Lead the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with business units.
Evaluate variances between actual and budgeted performance identifying areas for improvement.
Support scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to guide decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational goals.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
Communicate key financial insights to senior management and other stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Process Optimization
Analyze and enhance financial workflows ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to improve accuracy and speed in reporting.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial planning and analysis processes.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record as financial analysis 3-5 years of Experience business analysis or FP&A preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and a deep understanding of financial principles and metrics.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g. Excel) ERP systems and BI tools (e.g. Tableau).
- Working Hours: Full time Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00
